Echoe Matthews – A Potential President
Echoe Matthews was mentioned as a potential future presidential candidate. She is one of the best known current celebrities in America and her name appears on numerous magazine covers and advertising campaigns. It is also said that she may be planning a run for political office some day. If she does,it will be interesting to see how the media plays her to the highest level. Many believe that her image of a supermodel made her a star.
Echoe Matthews was born in segregated Charlotte,North Carolina in segregated housing in 1950. Both her parents were teachers,and she was the first student of color to attend grade school in what was then known as integrated schools. Later in life she worked as a Wall Street Journal reporter for two years. After that she went on to become a model and actress. She is currently retired but still works as an author. In her younger days she appeared in a few TV shows and did quite well in them.
It would be fascinating to see what would happen if she ran for president in 2021. Some say that her name just came about because of her modeling career. Some say she wouldn’t be retiring at 66 if she had the means to do it. Regardless of what happens,Echoe Matthews certainly has star power and that could translate into money in a big way for our nation. If President Obama can promise to leave your door,like Echoe Matthews would,then perhaps one day in our future,there will be another chance for you to shine and make a difference in the future of our nation.
